Baked BBQ Tofu

 

This method is quicker and easier to do than the other method.

Ingredients:

Directions:

1 or 2 lb FarmSoy Firm tofu

Tamari or regular soy sauce

Favorite BBQ sauce

Slice tofu into 1/8 to 1/4 inch short slices. Lay slices side by side on cutting board and spread soy sauce on upper side of tofu slices. Place tamari side down onto oiled cookie sheet. Spread top side of tofu with tamari, bake about 25 minutes. (Note: the thinner the slices and the longer it bakes, the crispier the tofu will be.) Turn tofu and apply BBQ sauce and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

 

Cook for: 20-25 minutes

Cook at: 350

Serves: About 4-5 per pound
