Soygurt Smoothie
Here's a simple recipe for a soy yogurt smoothie:
8 ounces FarmSoy Plain Soygurt
2-4 fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 to 1 medium banana
2 TBL Organic sugar or sweetener of choice
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!! For variations, try adding blueberries, raspberries, and/or mangoes
